ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a Writ, or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents No. 2 to 5 in failing to take legal action on the petitioners complaint dated 21.06.2025 and to investigate the same against the Respondents Nos. 6 to 22 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and contrary to the provisions of Cr.P.C., and consequently direct the respondents Nos. 2 to 5 to consider and take appropriate legal action on the complaint dated 21.06.2025 and to take up investigation forthwith by apprehending the named accused i.e.. Respondents No. 6 to 22 herein and to pass such.…”
2. Heard Sri R.Sujan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that after receiving the petitioner’s complaint through registered post on 24.06.2025, the respondent-police conducted preliminary enquiry and it came to light that it is a case of civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. He would further submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.

5. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
