On perusal of the order dated 7th August, 2025, it is revealed that in the cause title the name of the petitioner has been written as “Mdan Mohan Bhattacharyya” instead of “Madan Mohan Bhattacharyya”. The other portion of the order dated 7th August, 2025 shall remain the same. The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
