Now, the plaintiff has filed the Appeal over the properties, over which share was not granted and that Appeal is now pending in A.S.No.609 of 2025. 3.It is only appropriate that the delay is condoned and the appeal is heard along with A.S.No.609 of 2025. The learned counsel for the respondent is also present. This petition stands allowed.
