After being confronted that the said communication is in breach of the judgment sought to be enforced, learned counsel, on the basis of instructions imparted to him, submits that the said communication be treated to have been withdrawn. He further submits that admissible arrears to the petitioner, in terms of the judgment in question, shall be released during the course of the day today. He further submits that the interest thereof shall be paid to the petitioner within one week from today. During course of arguments, learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office communication dated 03.11.2025 from Deputy Divisional Manager, HRTC, Chamba addressed to the Managing Director of the respondent-Corporation conveying the release of retiral benefit to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that all admissible retiral benefits have been disbursed to the petitioner and interest liability on account of late payment of retiral benefits has also been discharged by the respondents under the cheque issued on 03.11.2025. The above position is acknowledged by learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Taking note of above, the present proceedings are closed.
