The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.134, dated 19.08.2024 registered under Sections 109,191(3),190,125 of B.N.S and Section 25 of Arms Act, at Police Station Division No.5, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 05.05.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3. Learned State counsel also submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. 4. In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the interim order dated 05.05.2025 is made absolute.
