The Petitioner, by filing this Writ Petition, has sought for a direction from this Court to the Opposite Party No.3/ Tahasildar, Chhendipada to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2024 under Annexure-3 and take necessary action evicting the Opposite Party No.4 and 5 from the Government land situated in front of Petitioner's land. 3. During course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that before approaching this Court, the Petitioner has already ventilated his grievance before the Opposite Party No.3/ Tahasildar, Chhendipada by way of representation dated 29.06.2024 vide Annexure-3. He Page 2 of 2. further submits that the said grievance of the Petitioner is still pending. 4. He, accordingly, prays that a direction may be issued to the Opposite Party No.3/ Tahasildar, Chhendipada for considering the said grievance of the Petitioner. 5. Considering the submission of the Petitioner and on going through the averments made in this Writ Petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the Opposite Party No.3/ Tahasildar, Chhendipada to act upon the representation filed by the present Petitioner. The same exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. 6. This Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. (Dr. S.K.
