Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tebo P.S. Case No. 05 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 385, 386, 387, 120 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, section 25(1-A), 25(1-B) a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act and section 17 of C.L.A. Act, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Porahat at Chaibasa. 3. During the intervening period of 04/05.05.2024, Tebo Police on the basis of confidential information that some extremists have assembled near Tebo forest, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner and co- accused person. On search, five live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 05.05.2024. It was further submitted that co-accused Bimal Baarjo has been granted bail by this court in B.A. No. 5510 of 2025 by order dated 18.07.2025. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Porahat at Chaibasa in connection with Tebo P.S.
