Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Garhwa P.S. Case No. 575 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 25(1-B) (a) and 26 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa. 3. On 25.10.2024 at 3.30 p.m., Garhwa Police apprehended the petitioner. On search, two country made pistols and two live cartridges were recovered from his possession. 4. It was submitted that charge sheet has been submitted in this case and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa in connection with Garhwa P.S.
