The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 78/2024 arising out of Mohanpur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2023, for the offences registered under sections 385, 387, 326, 307 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)(a) & 27 Arms Act, pending in the court of learned A.S.J.-II, Deoghar. 3. On 09.02.2023 at about 9:30 A.M., the petitioner is alleged to have fired upon the informant due to which he sustained injury in his stomach. 4. Injury report, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that the informant has sustained simple injury. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2023. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J.-II, Deoghar in connection with S.T.
