The Court made the following order:

ORDER:
The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“…to issue an order or direction or writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent authority in not taking any action for removal of encroachments in an extent of Ac.0.30 cents in Sy.No.72/2 of Gaddamanugu Village, G-Konduru Mandal, NTR District, inspite of representation dated 17.01.2024 and also direction of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.29639 of 2022 dated 12.04.2024 as highly arbitrary, illegal, violative of fundamental rights guaranteed to the petitioners under Article 19 and 21 and in violation of Article 300-A of the Indian Constitution and consequentially to direct the respondent authorities to remove the above said encroachments on public road and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
2. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court stating that it would suffice to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation, dated 17.01.2024 of the petitioner in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not refute the said submission.

Acceding the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition directing the 2nd respondent/Gram Panchayat, to dispose of the representation, dated 17.01.2024 submitted by the petitioners in accordance with law and communicate the said decision to the petitioners within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
