The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Giddi P.S. Case No. 58/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 69, 79, 115(2), 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Smt. Priyanka Chopra, learned J.M., 1st Class, Hazaribagh. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix in the year 2012. He had promised to marry her, but subsequently, he refused to do so. It appears that the parties were in consensual physical relationship for 12 years and subsequently, this case has been registered. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
