Sri.G.K.Bhat., Senior counsel on behalf of Smt.Sudha.D., for the petitioner and Sri.B.Manjunatha., AGA for the respondents have appeared in person.
2. The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing respondent No.4 to consider the representations made by the petitioner on 16.01.2025 and 16.06.2025 vide Annexures-C and D.
3. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care.
4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that a Mandamus may be ordered directing respondent No.4 to consider the representations made by the petitioner on 16.01.2025 and 16.06.2025 vide Annexures-C and D.

AGA submits that an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by counsel for the respective parties is placed on record.
5. A Mandamus is ordered directing respondent No.4 to consider the representations made by the petitioner on 16.01.2025 and 16.06.2025 vide Annexures-C and D, in accordance with the law, if not considered as of today, within ten days from the receipt of certified copy of this order
