This petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondents to release necessary budget for payment of admitted dues to the petitioner. 2. It is pointed out that earlier payment advise was issued by the concerned department but due to some technical glitch the amount could not be released in favour of petitioner in 2023. The present officers, however, have not been able to process the petitioner's claim as necessary budgetary allocation is not available with the respondents. Thus aggrieved, the petitioner is before this Court. 3. Mrs. Archana Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.2 Basic Shiksha Parishad, U.P. and its authorities does not dispute the entitlement of petitioner to receive the amount. A statement on their behalf is made that as soon as the budgetary allocation is made available the claim of petitioner would be processed. 4. Admittedly, the payment is due and payable to the petitioner. Merely for a technical glitch the respondents would not be justified in withholding petitioner's amount. 5. In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon respondent no.2 to ensure release of appropriate budget to the concerned District Basic Education Officer, forthwith, so that petitioner's claim for payment of admitted dues is addressed, within a period four weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
