The applicant who is in custody since 23.03.2023 has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. Case No.345 of 2023 arising out of Tonto P.S. Case No.08 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No.200 of 2023, registered for the offence under Section 302 of IPC, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa. 2. It appears that the applicant is an accused of committing murder of his own wife. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. alongwith its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part. 4. Earlier the bail application of this applicant was rejected vide order dated 31.07.2023 passed in B.A. No.5633 of 2023. It is the second attempt. 5. Prayer for bail of the applicant has been renewed stating that the applicant has confessed his guilt and upon that charge has been framed. It has been further submitted that out of nine charge sheeted witnesses, only two witnesses have been examined till date. On that basis, prayer for bail has been renewed. 6. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant. 7. Considering the period of custody and the materials available on record, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the applicant, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa in connection with S.T. Case No.345 of 2023 arising out of Tonto P.S. Case No.08 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No.200 of 2023, subject to condition that the applicant will submit self-attested copy of his Aadhaar Card and also give his mobile number before the learned court below which he will not change during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
