The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed with a prayer to issue a direction to the concerned court to release the applicant in 11 cases on the basis of personal bond and two sureties. The cases are as follows:- 1. Case Crime No. 180 of 2023, under Section 379, I.P.C., P.S. Aung, District Fatehpur; 2. Case Crime No. 199 of 2023, under Section 379, I.P.C., P.S. Aung, District Fatehpur; 3. Case Crime No. 198 of 2023, under Section 379, I.P.C., P.S. Kalyanpur, District Fatehpur; 4. Case Crime No. 255 of 2023, under Section 379, I.P.C., P.S. Kalyanpur, District Fatehpur; 5. Case Crime No. 283 of 2023, under Section 379, I.P.C., P.S. Kalyanpur, District Fatehpur; 6. Case Crime No. 6 of 2025, under Section 109, BNS and Section 3/25 Arms Act, P.S. Kalyanpur, District Fatehpur; 7. Case Crime No. 4 of 2024, under Section 379, I.P.C., P.S. Radha Nagar, District Fatehpur; 8. Case Crime No. 410 of 2023, under Section 379, I.P.C., P.S. Bindki, District Fatehpur; 9. Case Crime No. 303 of 2023, under Section 379, I.P.C., P.S. Bindki, District Fatehpur; 10. Case Crime No. 342 of 2023, under Section 379, I.P.C., P.S. Bindki, District Fatehpur; 11. Case Crime No. 310 of 2023, under Section 379, I.P.C., P.S. Bindki, District Fatehpur; Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in all the cases the applicant has been granted bail. Applicant is a poor person and is unable to furnish sureties in all the cases. The applicant is languishing in jail since 11.1.2025 and his last bail application has been allowed on 27.2.2025. It is further submitted that all the cases have been slapped after arresting in one case on the basis of confessional statement (which is irrelevant) without any recovery. In view of above facts and circumstances, the concerned magistrate of District Fatehpur is directed to release the applicant in respective cases, after producing personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- and two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned Application under Section 528 of of BNSS is disposed of with above observations.
