Smt. Navya Shekhar, learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents.
2. In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the
order dated 06th May, 2022 (Annexure-A), wherein the respondent No.2 had directed to demolish the shed constructed in the land bearing Survey No.75/4 of Chokkanahalli Village, Yalahanka Hobli, Yalahanka Taluk.
3. Heard Sri. Prabhukumar R.,
learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Navya Shekhar, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents.
4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of writ petition, the same would indicate that the petitioner has not been extended an opportunity of hearing by the respondent No.2. In that view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to file a reply to the order dated 06th May, 2025 (Annexure-A) considering the said order as show-cause

notice, within an outer limit of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. If such a reply is made by the petitioner as stated above, the respondent No.2 shall take decision in the matter in accordance with law at the earliest. It is made clear that, till the consideration of reply that may be made by the petitioner, the respondent-Authorities shall not take any precipitative action against the petitioner.
With this observation, writ petition stands disposed of.
