2. Heard Sri Balaji Medamalli, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the grievance of
3. the petitioner is that police are not concluding the investigation in Crime No.124 of 2019, dated 26.10.2019 of Karamchedu Police Station, registered under Sections 447, 427, 323, 509, 506 r/w 34 of IPC, even after lapse of six years from the date of registration of crime. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the respondent-police to conclude the investigation.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4 Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed to conclude the investigation and file a report according to law as expeditiously as possible within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, if not filed by this date. No order costs.
5. as to As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
