The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayer:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to Additional Commissioner, Agra Division Agra to decide the Revision No. 00170 of 2019 (Computerized Case No. C201901000000170) under Section 333 of U.P.Z.A.&L.R. ACT, 1950." 3. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the opposite party to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the opposite party feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid revision strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy before the Court below but without granting unnecessary adjournment unless there is no legal impediment.
