Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that due to typographical mistake, in the writ petition the cause title of the writ petition the place of posting of the applicant is typed as “Pt. Girija Shankar Mishra Govt. Higher Secondary Excellent English Medium School, Raipura, District- Raipur (C.G.)” whereas the actual place of posting of the applicant is “Govt. High School, Puraina, District- Raipur (C.G.)”, therefore, the same may be corrected and be treated in the writ petition as well as in the order dated 16.06.2025 accordingly. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has placed formal objection. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, considering the modification sought by the petitioner, the application is allowed and in the order dated 16.06.2025 passed in WPS 4660/2025, in the cause title of the order the place of posting of the applicant be read as “Govt. High School, Puraina, District- Raipur (C.G.)” in place of “Pt. Girija Shankar Mishra Govt. Higher Secondary Excellent English Medium School, Raipura, District- Raipur (C.G.)” the rest part of the order dated 16.06.2025 is remain intact. 5. With the aforesaid modification, the present MCC is disposed of. 6. A copy of this order be placed in the record of the WPS No. 4660/2025 and be read as a part of the same.
