GP FOR IRRIGATION COMM AREA DEV The Court made the following order : The above writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of the respondents in releasing an amount of Rs.5,71,740/- payable to the petitioner for the work executed by it i.e. ‘providing execution of Work Construction of Library Building at Nandyal Village, Nandyal Mandal, Kurnool District, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard Sri N. Venkatesh, learned counsel representing Smt. Marella Radha, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance for respondent No.1 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings for respondents 2 to 4. 3. The petitioner was entrusted the aforementioned work vide Agreement No.EE/EWIDC/KRNL/HD/2018-19 dated 12.02.2019. The petitioner completed the work in all respects. However, the amount is not paid. Hence, the writ petition. 4. Learned counsel would submit that pending the writ petition, the amount was paid. The same is recorded. Since the amount was paid, no further adjudication is required and hence the writ petition is closed.
