That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to release all the dues e.g. salary, pension, gratuity, GPF, etc. with all consequential benefits along with the interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of his actual entitlement. ii. Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper, may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 4. Today, when the case is called, learned counsel for the petitioner is not present nor any representation made on behalf of the petitioner to press this petition on repeated calls and it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter, as such this Court has left with no other option, but to dismiss the writ petition for want of prosecution. 5.
