Sr. No. 35 HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT JAMMU Case: CRR No. 75/2016 Rakesh Singh …Petitioner(s)/Appellant(s) Through: None V/s State ... Respondent(s) Through: None CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD CHATTERJI KOUL, JUDGE ORDER 18.09.2025 There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and so was the position on the last several dates of hearing as well. The office report reveals that non-bailable warrants issued against the petitioner, have been received back with the report that no such person is residing at the given address. It appears that either the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed or he has lost interest in pursuing the same and also, with the passage of time, the present writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated. (VINOD CHATTERJI KOUL) JUDGE Jammu 18.09.2025 Suraj K Singh
