The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jugsalai P.S. Case No. 100/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 118(2), 109, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Surendra Bedia, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant by rod causing fracture in his hand. 4. It was submitted that the informant was illegally pilfering electricity directly from the electric pole. It was submitted that the wire of the informant fell on the tin roof of the accused persons, due to which, there was some dispute. It was finally submitted that there is allegation that the petitioner had assaulted the informant causing injury on his right hand, which is non-vital part of the body. It was finally submitted that the parents of the petitioner have been granted Anticipatory Bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Surendra Bedia, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Jugsalai P.S.
