GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondent No.3 in frequently calling the Petitioners to the Police Station without following due process of law, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently to direct Respondent No.3 not to interfere with the lives and liberties of the Petitioners, without following due process of law.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 being Accused Nos.2 and 3 in Crime No.108 of 2025 of T.Sundupalli Police Station, were called to the Police Station to serve notices under Sections 23(3) of BNSS and Petitioner Nos.3 and 4 are no way concerned with the said crime. 3. Sri Syed Khader Mastan, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to call the Petitioner Nos.3 and 4 to the Police Station, in the absence of any crime registered against them. There shall be no order as to costs.
