Petitioner has sought for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent to return 12 original documents received under the mortgage deed dated 27.02.2018 consequent upon discharge of loan liability. Petitioner has also sought for compensation for certain action of the respondent. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present loan account is closed. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the said assertion is true. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not insist upon consideration of prayer B. He further submits that there is a loan of petitioner's father and the petitioner would take appropriate steps to clear the same as well.
