Mr. Raman Jamalta, learned counsel, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondents.. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record copy of office letter dated 17.12.2025 and assures that judgment in question shall be implemented and consequential benefits payable to the petitioner shall be worked out in two days; 50% arrears would also be cleared within two days; Remaining 50% arrears shall be paid to the petitioner in three equal installments i.e. in January, February and March, 2026. 3. Taking note of office letter dated 17.12.2025 and the submissions made by learned counsel for the respondents, the present petition is disposed of with clear directions to the respondents 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 to adhere to the timeline set out by them in the aforesaid office order.
