1. GP FOR HOME The Court made the following order: The writ petition is filed challenging the inaction on the part of the respondents in not investigating the case and not filing the charge sheet by altering the FIR and adding Section 307 of I.P.C.
2. It is submitted that the FIR was filed on 09.04.2024, but the investigation is pending. The petitioner filed W.P (S.R) No.33925 of 2024 to hand over the investigation to the C.I.D.
3. Now that the charge sheet has been filed, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition, if the petitioner is aggrieved by any consequential action.
4. Permission is accorded.

5. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, leaving it open for the petitioner to take further steps. There shall be no order as to costs.
