This writ petition is filed by wife of deceased employee with a prayer that during service of deceased husband, he was not granted ACP in accordance with provisions. 3. It is not disputed that petitioner's husband died way back on 23.11.2000 and during his service period, he has not raised such claim, therefore, relief sought is very belated and even the petitioner has no locus to raise such issue at this stage. 4.
