Heard Mr. Aditya Bhardwaj, counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Santosh Bharat, Panel Lawyer for the State /respondent/s. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the original petitioner has expired, however, he submits that the matter relates to demarcation of the land, instead of filing of several applications for demarcation of land, the same has not been decided. 3. The above facts has not been opposed by the learned counsel for the State/respondents. 4. Since, the petitioner has expired, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file appropriate application through legal heirs of the petitioner in respect of demarcation of the land and inturn, if such an application is filed within 15 days along with the copy of this order, then the respondent authorities specially the respondent No.4/Tehsildar, Rajnandgaon is directed to consider the same and to decide the same in respect of demarcation of land in accordance with law within a further period of 30 days. 3 5. It is made clear the this Court has not made any opinion in the merits of this case and the authority concerned are at liberty to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after taking due care of the documents filed by the petitioner. 6.
