2 petitioner’s services have been transferred from Revenue Inspector Circle Khairjhiti, Tahsil- Rajnandgaon, District- Rajnandgaon to Revenue Inspector Circle Kumarda, Tahsil- Kumarda, District- Rajnandgaon vide order dated
16.06.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that against his transfer
order he has moved his representation on 27.06.2025 which is pending before the respondent No.3 and the petitioner wants to pursue his representation, therefore, the respondent No.3 may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and decide the same within a stipulated period.
3. The submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by learned State counsel and would submit he has no objection if such a direction is being given to the respondent No.3.
4. On due consideration and the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law on its own merits within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. The petitioner is directed to produce copy of this order to the respondent No.3 within a week from today.
6. With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition is disposed of.
