Lokhendro, learned counsel, appeared for respondent No. 4. The present application has been filed with a prayer for allowing the applicants (5 in nos.) to implead them as respondent Nos. 4 to 8 in the connected WP(C) No. 119 of 2025. It has been submitted on behalf of the applicants that pursuant to an advertisement dated 27.05.2019, the petitioner has already applied for some of the advertised posts, which is being challenged in the said connected writ petition. Page 2 impleaded in the connected writ petition, they will be prejudicially effected by any order passed by this Court. The learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the applicants are necessary parties to the said writ petition and as such, a prayer has been made for allowing the present impleadment application. Mr. S. Lokhendro, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present impleadment application. In view of the submission made above and on perusal of the record, this Court finds sufficient reason for allowing the present impleadment application. Accordingly, the present application is allowed. Registry is directed to incorporate the names of the present applicants in the cause-title of the connected writ petition being WP(C) No. 119 of 2025.
