Notice was sent to the address shown in the appeal. 2. It seems that the legal representatives of appellant Nos. 1 and 3 have no interest to prosecute the matter. 3. In such facts and circumstances of the case, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Appeal for default. 4. Therefore, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default.
