THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: Digitally signed by DEVIKA M Location: HIGH COURT OF KARNATAKA - 2 - NC: 2025:KHC:5959 CRL.RP No. 929 of 2024 CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER On perusal of the order sheet, it discloses that when the matter was listed on 23.11.2024, none appeared for the petitioner and this Court suspended the sentence pending consideration of revision petition on merits subject to depositing 50% of the fine amount inclusive of the fine amount already in deposit and also issued notice to the respondent and when the matter listed before the Court on 31.01.2025, this Court noticed that PF is not yet paid even though the sentence was suspended on 23.11.2024 and on that day also none appears for the petitioner and hence, the order dated 23.11.2024 was recalled and given liberty to the respondent to proceed against the petitioner. Today, also the counsel for the petitioner is absent and PF is not yet paid to issue notice against the respondent. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
