GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of the constitution of India by declaring the action of respondent No.5 in interfering into the civil dispute in connection with the House site property bearing plot No B7 situated in Sy.No.603 of kallur village and Mandal Kurnool District by forcing the petitioner to come for settlement with private persons as illegal arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent No 5 viz Station House Officer Kurnool 4th Town Police 2 Station not to interfere into the dispute in connection with the House site property bearing plot No B7 situated in Sy. No.603 of kallur village and Mandal Kurnool District by threatening/forcing the petitioner to come for a settlement with private persons” 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
