It is submitted that the competent authority has also recorded the progress of work and certified the work in the M-Book. However, no amounts have been forth coming. 2. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development, appearing for respondent No.l; the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance, appearing for respondent No.2 and the learned standing counsel for the Municipal Corporation, appearing for respondent Nos.3 and 4. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the bills are admitted and would be released shortly. 4. Considering the submissions, respondents 2 to 5 are hereby directed to verify and release the payments due payable to the petitioner expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. as W.P.
