It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that when the matter was listed on 21.02.2024, on account of bona fide oversight, it could not be marked by learned counsel and due to such bona fide reason, nobody could appear to represent the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is having strong case on merits and the petitioner is keen to address the case on merits. In view of above, order dated 21.02.2024 passed by this Court is recalled and S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.5774/2000 is restored to its original number. Restoration application is allowed.
