By way of instant application filed under Section 528 of BNSS, prayer has been made on behalf of applicant/petitioner to exempt him from reporting at Police Station Barotiwala, District Solan, in terms of order dated 17.12.2025 passed by this Court in CRMP No.5495 of 2025, whereby this Court while permitting the applicant/petitioner to travel abroad had specifically directed him to report at Police Station concerned after his return. 2. Since applicant/petitioner has not been able to visit abroad, there is no occasion, if any, for him to report at Police Station concerned in terms of order dated 17.12.2025, but since there was a direction of this Court to report at Police Station, present application has been moved at the behest of applicant/petitioner. 3. Having taken note of the fact that petitioner has not traveled abroad in terms of order dated 17.12.2025, there appears to be no reason/justification for applicant/petitioner to report at Police Station concerned. 4. Consequently, in view of the above, present application is allowed and applicant/petitioner is exempted from reporting at Police Station Barotiwala in terms of order dated 17.12.2025.
