Petitioners have been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 20 of 2024 arising out of Barwadih P.S. Case No. 63 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 653 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3 / 4 of Witch Craft Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Latehar. 3. Between the intervening period of 16 / 17.07.2023, parents of the Informant were found dead in their house. Suspicion has been raised against co-accused persons namely Dhananjay Kumar and Pahalwan Singh that they might have committed the murder of the deceased as they suspected that the parents of the Informant practiced witchcraft. 4. It was submitted that name of the petitioners has come in the confession of the co-accused. It was further submitted that apart from confession, there is no other material against the petitioners on the record. It was further submitted that co-accused Suresh Singh and Jagarnath Singh have been granted bail by this court earlier and case of these petitioners stands on similar footing. 5. Ms. Mohua Palit, learned A.P.P after going through the case diary, submitted that apart from confession, there is no other material against the petitioners on the record. 6. In view of the submission made above, petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Latehar in connection with S.T. Case No. 20 of 2024 arising out of Barwadih P.S. Case No. 63 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 653 of 2023. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
