The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 16.6.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 216 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Partapur, District Meerut. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy as may be available to him in accordance with law. 4.
