2. When the matter was listed on 19.11.2024, Mr.G.Jaisivaramaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner, represented that the entire bundle had already been handed over to the petitioner. On the same day, Mr.R.Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel, has undertaken to file vakalath on behalf of the petitioner. However, till date, no vakalat has been filed by any new counsel on behalf of the petitioner. When the matter is called today, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through counsel. Even today, no vakalath has been filed by any counsel on behalf of the petitioner.
