This writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioners-plaintiff Nos.1 and 2, seeking a direction from this Court to the II Additional Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Anekal to dispose of the original suit in O.S.No.464/2011 pending before it. 2. The plaintiffs filed the suit for partition. On service of suit summons, the defendants appeared and filed written statement. On the basis of the pleadings of the parties, the Trial Court has framed issues. The matter has been - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:14416 WP No. 20130 of 2024 posted for evidence of the parties. Since the suit is of the year 2011, therefore, the petitioners approached this Court for early disposal of the suit. 3. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of. 4. The II Additional Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Anekal is directed to dispose of the suit i.e. O.S.No.464/2011, as expeditiously as possible, not later than six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.
