Petitioner’s case is that his father Sh. Raj Pal was appointed as Store Keeper in the respondents- Temple Trust, Shri Chintpurni Ji on 18.06.1999. He passed away on 24.10.2022. The petitioner applied for employment on compassionate grounds for the post of peon on 27.05.2024. His case was not considered. Petitioner repeated his representation on 18.10.2025. His grievance is that he has still not heard from the respondents on his representation. 4. Keeping in view the grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with directions to respondents No. 2 & 4/Competent Authority to consider the representations of petitioner (Annexures P-6 and P-7) seeking employment on compassionate grounds in accordance with law within a period of six weeks.
