ORDER:
The instant Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioner under Section 528 of B.N.S.S., 2023 for the following relief:

“ ... C.C.No.456 of 2023 pending on the file of Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate of First Class At Nuzvid, for the alleged offences punishable Under Section 498(A), of I.P.C. and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and pass ...”
The marriage of Respondent No.2 herein was performed with Petitioner/A.1 on 12.05.2022 in the presence of elders. The parents of Respondent No.2 gave dowry and other lanchanams to the petitioner and his parents. Due to disputes between the couple, wife and husband lived separately and she filed a complaint before the Police which is registered as a case in Crime No.100 of 2023 of Musunuru Police Station, Eluru District, against A.1 to A.7, for the offences punishable under Sections 489-A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. After completion of investigation, Police filed charge sheet which is numbered as CC No.456 of 2023 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nuzvid. Petitioner/A.1 is the husband of respondent No.1(de facto complainant). Seeking quashment of the Proceedings against him in CC No. 456 of 2023, Petitioner/A.1 filed the present criminal petition.
During the pendency of this Criminal Petition, parties made a request before this Court that they intend to compromise the matter and accordingly,
directed the parties to appear before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati for taking necessary steps. Mediation report is filed.
Parties are identified by their respective learned counsels on record. Copies of the Aadhar cards of the parties attested by their respective counsel are filed for proper identification.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor is in attendance.
Respondent No.2 submitted before this Court that she has no issues with the Petitioners and there is no coercion and undue influence for settling the issue with the Petitioners and she acknowledged receipt of Rs.8,00,000/- paid by petitioner No.1 herein and the amount will be kept in fixed deposit in due course of time.
Considering the submissions, in the interests of justice, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the Proceedings in CC No.456 of 2023 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nuzvid, against the Petitioner No.1 / A.1 are hereby quashed.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
