Dey, A.P.P. --- 04 / 04.08.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with POCSO Case No. 117 of 2024 arising out of Gandey P.S. Case No. 50 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 363/366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and cognizance has been taken under sections 363/366A/376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4/8 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-VIII-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Giridih. 3. On 31.05.2024 at 9.30 p.m., daughter of the Informant was kidnapped by the petitioner and co-accused persons. Statement of the victim was recorded during the investigation in which she has stated that the petitioner had kidnapped her and took her to Tamil Nadu where he regularly raped her. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
