A perusal of the daily order sheet reflects that an interim order was granted on 20.09.2017 directing the respondent not to finalize the sale transaction subject to petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- within four weeks. There is nothing on record to show that the petitioner has complied with the interim order. Moreover, due to efflux of time, the notices are spent itself.
