The case of the petitioner in brief is that in the land in Sy.No.919 Chowk Village, Kadapa Mandal and District, previously the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 granted quarry lease to the various persons under A.P.M.M.C Rules, 1966. Previously the residents of Thilak Nagar Colony made a representation to the authority, requesting not to grant any quarry lease to any persons. Previously the Government of the State of Andhra Pradesh has allotted the house site pattas to the landless poor person 4700 approximately in YSR layout, Nanepalli layout and Thilak Nagar layout and all the allottes have been constructed their houses to eking out their livelihood. The subject Sy.No.919 is situated at a distance of 150 to 200 meters from above said 3 layouts and any mining activities in sy.No.919 is causing severe air pollution. The same was informed to Respondent Nos.2 and 3 in the year 2021 by the residents and bringing the same, petitioner has submitted Representation, dated 04.11.2024 and 02.12.2024 to Respondent Nos.2 and
3. But the said representations are not considered. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed. of Chinna

On hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has submitted representations, dated 04.11.2024 and 02.12.2024 to Respondent Nos.2 and 3, requesting to take steps to stop the illegal mining activities in Sy.No.919 of Chinna Chowk Village, Kadapa Mandal and District, but Respondent Nos.2 and 3 has not considered the said representations, which is illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice. Hence, the
learned counsel for the petitioner requests to pass appropriate orders.
5. Per contra, Smt P.Sudeepthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents opposed for grant of any relief in this Writ Petition and prayed to dismiss the same.
6. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are
directed to consider and dispose of the representations. dated 04.11.2024 and 02.12.2024 submitted by the petitioner within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
