Pursuant to the order dated 23.04.2025, the respondent no. 3 alongwith her son Darsh (minor corpus) is present before this Court and has been identified by his counsel. On the query being raised, petitioner No.1 Shivani Gangwar, the mother of the corpus, has shown her willingness to join her husband, respondent no. 3 Rahul alongwith her son Darsh (minor son). Accordingly, petitioner No.1 Shivani Gangwar and respondent no. 3 Rahul alongwith their minor son Darsh (corpus) can go together. The present petition is, accordingly, allowed. The petitioner no. 1 Shivani Gangwar has refused to take legal expenses of Rs.10,000/- as directed by the order of this Court dated 23.04.2025.
