JUSTICE AHANTHEM BIMOL SINGH 10.10.2025 [1] Mrs. Jyotibala, learned counsel appeared for the petitioner and Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA appeared for the respondents. [2] It has been submitted at the bar that this matter was referred for mediation to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties. It has also been submitted that upon the process of mediation, the parties have arrived an agreement and the dispute between the parties has been settled amicably. In this regard, the appointed Mediator has submitted a report and in the said report, the term of settlement between the parties are as under:- “Settlement Agreement Imphal, 3rd October, 2025 As directed by the Hon,ble High Court order dated 16.09.2025 passed in W.P. No.190 of 2021, all the parties from both the sides were present in person for 1 (one) KABORA MBAM SAPANA CHANU Digitally signed by KABORAMBAM SAPANA CHANU Date: 2025.10.13 16:32:42 +05'30' Page 2 session of mediation on 03/10/2025 and agreed to the following terms and conditions to bring about and amicable solution to the above mentioned Writ Petition. The parties agreed to the following terms and condition: That the 1st party, S. Sanahanbi Devi, Petitioner agrees to withdraw the above mentioned Writ Petition as her prayer/relief has been answered upto some extend by the concerned respondent as the Department Education (S) had already regularized her adhoc service with retrospective effect vide Government order No. AO/25AA//2009(10)- DE(S) dated 20th April 2023 at Sl. No. 32, page No. 3 at the Annexure of the above mentioned Government order. That, the 2nd party mainly the respondent No. 2, represented by W. Romen Singh, OSD, Directorate of Education (S), Government of Manipur, also submitted the same. That, this agreement should be final and binding to all the parties concerned. In the light of above terms, the mutual agreement was signed between the Petitioner and Respondents of W.P. No. 190 of 2021 in the presence of the Mediator.” [3] The learned counsel appearing for the parties submitted that as the parties have arrived at an agreement and as the parties have already settled the dispute amicably in terms of the agreement quoted hereinabove, the present writ petition can be disposed of. [4] Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the present writ petition is hereby closed. JUDGE Sapana
