The petitioner has impugned Notice No. JMC/CEO/80/01/22 under Section 7(1) of the J&K Control of Building Operation Act, 1988 dated 27.03.2023 and also Notice No. JMC/CEO/67-71 dated 13.04.2023, by virtue of which, premises of the petitioner was sealed. Thereafter, the petitioner has also availed statutory remedy of appeal thereby assailing the order passed under Section 7(3) of J&K Control of Building Operation Act. 2. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to project his grievance before the statutory authority which has already seized of the matter. In the event any such motion is laid, the statutory authority shall proceed in accordance with law. 3. Disposed of.
