In view thereof, the learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks to withdraw the present Petition in terms of the Settlement Agreement. 4. Acceding to the request of the parties, the present Petition is dismissed in terms of the Settlement Agreement. 5. The Registry is directed to take the Settlement Agreement on record.
